Sautéed Mushrooms with Wine and Garlic

1 lb. (500 g) white or crimini mushrooms, quartered
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup (65 ml) red wine
Dash steak spice
1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil

Heat oil in large pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic and sauté until juices have been released. Add steak spice, stir, and add wine. Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Makes 4 servings.
